About

I write, think out loud, and occasionally disappear for months at a time. Interested in most things, poked around in enough corners of the internet, design, language, and general human behavior to have opinions, but not enough to be insufferable about them. A lot of what I post here is just me processing something in real time; some of it lands, some of it doesn't. Currently somewhere between figuring it out and making peace with the process.

Listening

What's been on rotation lately, moods, phases, and the occasional deep dive into a rabbit hole. Taste varies wildly, updated whenever something new earns the repeat button.

Now

Can't relate to the lyrics but the beat is GOOD

2025
🎵 빈센트블루 - 오래된 오늘

My go-to for checking audio with or without external gear. The dung saralang intro is so precise and punchy it makes a perfect baseline for calibrating how any setup handles rhythm and low-end transients.

2024 — Present
宇多田ヒカル - 君に夢中

Warm, pillowy bass anchoring a bed of airy synths — Hikaru's voice floats right on top without ever feeling weightless. The production is quietly lush without being cluttered.

Reading

Things I've gotten through, partially gotten through, and confidently told myself I'll finish eventually. The ratio of “bought” to “completed” is not something I'm ready to discuss but the ones I did finish are worth knowing about.

Now
The Lonely City

Adventures in the “art” of being alone, like Warhol and Darger. I jumped between chapters and will let you know more soon!

Years ago

Some still on the shelf, opened but forgotten and a home for many DIY bookmarks. I will finish it somehow, some time in the future, hehe.

Munchin

Eating is serious business and I treat it accordingly. These are the things currently on a role, subject to change based on mood, budget, and what's within reach. No formal reviews, just honest enthusiasm.

March

What I ate in March this year.

Months ago

Factual and obviously curated. Not 100% true, just enough to construct basic images of me, lol.

Sipping

Everyone has their thing, and this is one of mine. Whatever's been in the cup lately: coffee, tea, and something in between ends up here.

2026
April

What I drank this month.

Certifications

Proof that I sat through some things, paid attention, and passed. Not the whole picture, but a decent slice of it. Listed here mostly because I worked for them and someone might find them relevant.

2024

Six-week cohort with Joey Banks (Baseline). Training in Figma components, variables, auto layout, prototyping, libraries, Dev Mode, and design-system workflows.

Education

Where a lot of it started, more or less. Formal education gave me a foundation; everything after gave me the rest. Both matter, just in different ways and on different timelines.
